Now that Panini has the license to produce Nascar cards, we can expect to see a lot more products for racing cards than before. I have to be honest, I have never really been a big Nascar card collector. I watch the Sprint Cup and enjoy it but the cards have never really appealed to me. With the introduction of Panini into the racing cards game, I thought I would give it a try.
First up for us personally this year is a blaster box of Panini Prizm. We all like shiny cards, so let’s see if this can spark some interest in Nascar collecting.

TO BUY OR NOT TO BUY?
This box was highly entertaining to open. The photography and variation of shots used really added to the entertainment value of the product. There are basic pre/post-race driver shots, pit crew shots, winner’s circle shots – just a really nice variety that keeps you intrigued. The inserts are great as well and include die-cut cards, which is always a plus. As we have come to expect with Prizm, there is a wide range of prizm color variations; we were able to pull a nice one from this blaster box. The hit we pulled was decent and low serial-numbered which is uncommon from retail.
Even at 83 cents per card I do recommend going ahead and purchasing this product in retail form. The cards are nice and the set is entertaining. We are looking forward to breaking more Nascar boxes as Panini releases them.
